1. Where we deliver

Mjengo coordinates construction-material deliveries within Kenya where suitable transport and route access are available. Delivery availability depends on the product type, dimensions, weight, quantity, destination and vehicle requirements.

2. Delivery charges

Standard website orders use the delivery charge shown at checkout. Depot pickup is free. Heavy, long, bulk, remote or special-handling requirements should be submitted through the quotation page before ordering.

3. Processing and delivery estimates

For stocked products, dispatch is generally coordinated within 1–3 business days after the order and delivery details are reviewed. Special-order, fabricated, custom-cut or supplier-dependent products may take longer. The confirmed quotation or order communication will state the applicable estimate. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, because traffic, weather, supplier delays, vehicle availability and site access may affect timing.

4. Delivery confirmation

Before dispatch, we may contact the customer to verify the receiving person, phone number, exact location, access route, unloading arrangements and suitable delivery time. Customers should ensure that the site can safely receive the vehicle and materials.

5. Site access and unloading

The customer is responsible for accurate access information and for arranging safe offloading assistance where mechanical offloading is not included. Additional costs caused by undisclosed access restrictions, waiting time, failed delivery or redirection will be explained and agreed before they are charged.

6. Inspecting your order

The receiving person should count and inspect goods at handover. Visible shortages, incorrect items or damage should be written on the delivery note and reported immediately. Where an issue is discovered after the vehicle leaves, contact us within 24 hours with the order reference and clear photos.

7. Depot pickup

Pickup is available only after we confirm that the order is ready. The collecting person should bring the order reference and identification. Risk transfers to the customer once the goods are checked and collected.

8. Delivery support

For delivery questions, call or email during business hours. Please include your order reference and destination.
