Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with security, availability, pricing, product data or other users. Product images are representative and colour or appearance may vary by screen, batch or manufacturer.
3. Product information and suitability
We aim to provide accurate product names, units, specifications and descriptions. Customers remain responsible for confirming that products are suitable for their design, application and installation method. Use approved drawings, manufacturer instructions and qualified professional advice where required.
4. Prices and charges
Prices are shown in Kenyan shillings and apply to the displayed unit, pack or quantity. Product prices should remain consistent from the product page through checkout. The standard delivery charge is shown at checkout before the order is submitted. Special logistics requirements should be handled through a quotation. Obvious pricing or description errors may be corrected before the order is accepted.
5. Availability and order acceptance
Stock and prices are checked again by the server when checkout is submitted. A successful checkout reserves the listed quantities and creates the order in the admin dashboard. We may contact the customer only where delivery details require clarification.
6. Pay on delivery
Checkout currently accepts pay on delivery only. No payment credentials or PIN is requested through this website. The checkout total is recorded with the order. Payment is due when the order reaches the agreed delivery location or when a pickup order is collected.
7. Delivery and pickup
Delivery and pickup are governed by the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Estimated dates may change because of supplier availability, traffic, weather, vehicle availability, access conditions or events outside reasonable control. Customers must provide accurate delivery and contact information.
8. Inspection, returns and refunds
Inspect products at handover. Returns, shortages, damage and refunds are handled under the Returns & Refunds Policy. Custom, cut, fabricated or used materials have additional restrictions explained in that policy.
9. Cancellations and changes
Request changes or cancellation as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may affect price or timing. Orders that have been dispatched, fabricated, cut or specially procured may not be cancellable.
10. Responsibility and limitation
Mjengo is responsible for supplying the products confirmed in the accepted order. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect customer measurements, unsuitable selection, improper storage, installation, modification or use contrary to professional or manufacturer guidance, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Personal information is handled as explained in the Privacy Policy. Checkout and payment processing must be provided over a secure HTTPS connection when the website is deployed live.
